Induction Guidelines

In order to maintain the integrity of the Hall of Fame the following criteria has been established for nominations. Nominees must have exemplified  the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and character. All candidates will be judged on their significant and/or long-term contributions to Wattsburg-Seneca School athletics.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE

  1. Athlete must be graduated from Wattsburg-Seneca, been a varsity competitor a t Wattsburg-Seneca, and been out of school for at least 5 years.

  1. Athlete must have distinguished themselves by their outstanding athletic participation as well as classwork and other activities at Wattsburg-Seneca.

  1. Athletes must serve as examples of outstanding character, courage and leadership, which Wattsburg-Seneca seeks to develop in its athletic program.

COACH

The nominee must be inactive and removed from the Wattsburg-Seneca coaching staff for 5 years. Criteria for consideration should be based on accomplishments that merit local recognition or significant contributions to the athletic programs at Wattsburg-Seneca School.

Team Supporter 

A student or faculty member who has made outstanding contributions to the interscholastic athletic programs at Wattsburg-Seneca School. This could include Teachers, Cheerleaders, members of a Halftime Participation Team, etc.

TEAMS

Teams which have distinguished themselves on the playing field, such as outstanding win-loss record or league championship.

SPORTS ADVOCATE

Individuals or outside organizations that have supported the endeavors of any or all of the Wattsburg-Seneca Sports programs above and beyond the norm.
